Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or send you replacement item.

Refunds - All sales are final and we cannot offer you a refund unless goods came damaged. If you received a wrong or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@bullterrier.world with valid proof in form of the product image or video and original packaging with written explanation. If we accept your complaint, we will send you a replacement product or give you a refund.

Returns - All of our orders are sent from our warehouse in China, so returns are not possible due to high shipping costs and long processing times. Instead of that, we offer a free replacement item or full refund if the items came wrong or defective.
