Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or send you a replacement item.
All of our orders are sent from our warehouse in China, so returns are not possible due to high shipping costs and long processing times. Instead of that, we offer a free replacement item or a full refund if the item came wrong or is defective.
All sales are final, and we cannot offer you a refund unless the goods came damaged. If you received a wrong or defective product, please contact us immediately at email@example.com with valid proof in the form of the product image or video and original packaging with a written explanation. Once you send us valid proof, we will notify you if your complaint has been accepted. If we accept your complaint, we will send you a replacement product or give you a refund. If you choose a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please be aware that we can't offer you a refund or replacement item if you ordered the wrong size (where applicable). All of our items have a corresponding size chart on the product page, so please order accordingly. Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
