Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or send you replacement item.

If you received a wrong or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@bullterrier.world with valid proof in the form of the product image or video with a written explanation. Once you send us valid proof, we will notify you if your complaint has been accepted. If we accept your complaint, we will send you a replacement item at our expense, or give you a refund. If you choose a refund, you will receive your funds back to your original payment method.

All of our items have a corresponding size chart on the product page, so we encourage you to order accordingly. If you ordered a wrong size, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll work together to find a suitable solution.
