Please allow 1-4 working days for order processing before the shipment.

After we ship your order, it usually takes around 7-15 working days for the order to be delivered. Sometimes it can take shorter or longer, depending on your country of residence.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or send you replacement item.

If you received a wrong or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@bullterrier.world with valid proof in the form of the product image or video with a written explanation. Once you send us valid proof, we will notify you if your complaint has been accepted. If we accept your complaint, we will send you a replacement item at our expense, or give you a refund. If you choose a refund, you will receive your funds back to your original payment method.

All of our items have a corresponding size chart on the product page, so we encourage you to order accordingly. If you ordered a wrong size, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll work together to find a suitable solution.
