How do I cancel my order?
Once submitted, orders cannot be changed or cancelled. If you made a mistake or want to cancel an order, you can reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, but we cannot guarantee order change or cancellation will be accepted since all orders are placed automatically and shipped from our warehouse as quickly as possible.
How long does your policy last?
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or send you replacement item.
Do you offer exchanges and returns?
All of our orders are sent from our warehouse in China so exchanges and returns are not possible due to high shipping rates and long shipping times.
My order came wrong or defective, what now?
If you received a wrong or defective product, please contact us immediately at email@example.com with valid proof in form of the product image or video and original packaging with written explanation. Once you send us valid proof, we will notify you if your complaint was accepted. If we accept your complaint, we will send you replacement product or give you a refund.

Why does it take so long for my order to arrive?
All our products are shipped from our warehouse in China so it might take 4-15 working days for your order to arrive, depending on your country of residence. Please note that due to current situation with Corona virus (COVID-19), shipping time can be delayed and we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
Where is my order?
We will email you every status update on the email address you provided when you created an order, so you will know exactly where your order is. You can also manually track your order using our order tracking page. Additionally, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will send you detailed status of your order.
My order wasn't delivered in estimated shipping time, what now?
If you did not receive your order in the estimated shipping time, you can contact us at email@example.com to check where your order is. Time in transit does not include weekends or holidays and Bull Terrier World is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.
