Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or a replacement item. We stand behind the quality of our gear and want to ensure you and your dog have the best experience possible, so please reach out to us early if any issues arise.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for damaged, defective, incorrect, or wrong-size items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a wrong or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bullterrier.world with valid proof in the form of product photos or videos with a written explanation. Once you send us valid proof, we will review your claim and notify you whether it has been approved. If we accept your complaint, we will send you a replacement item at our expense, or give you a refund. If you choose a refund, you will receive the funds back to your original payment method.

Sizing & Order Changes

If you realize you ordered the incorrect size before your order has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible so we can update it for you.

If your order has already been delivered, please contact us so we can arrange an exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within a few business days, please first contact your bank. It may take some time before your refund has been credited to your account. If several business days have passed and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@bullterrier.world. If you need the Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) for your refund, please contact us by email and we will provide it as soon as possible, usually within 12 hours.

EU Right of Withdrawal (European Union Residents Only)

If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision via an unequivocal statement. You can instantly complete this process by using our automated Right of Withdrawal (EU) digital form, also available in our website footer. Upon submission, a confirmation of receipt will be sent to your email address on a durable medium without delay.
