Processing time

Our usual processing time is 1–4 working days. However, in some cases, processing may take a bit longer. Thank you for your patience.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders (Tracked & Insured).

After we ship your order, delivery usually takes around 7–10 working days. Sometimes it can be shorter or longer, depending on your country of residence. For detailed shipping times, please see the table at the bottom of this page. You can track your order on our order tracking page.

Our products are shipped from our fulfillment center in China. All delivery times are estimates. Bull Terrier World is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including material shortages, labor strikes, transportation failures, or acts of nature.

Customs and Duties

We cover VAT for European Union orders up to 150 EUR. For orders shipped to the United States, all applicable taxes and duties are included. Customers outside the European Union and the United States are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged upon delivery.
