Neck - Measure your Bull Terrier's neck on the middle using a tape. Pull the tape snug, but not tight.
Chest - Measure the chest right behind the front legs, on the broadest part of the chest.

My medium-sized dog wears a 4x. This will keep your dog warm in cold weather. I live in a warmer climate and it doesn’t snow but it gets a little colder sometimes. Also, I see this being used when it rains even though it isn’t quite a rain coat. Just enough coverage for quick potty walks during any rain. (We hardly get much rain, here.) The inside is fleece and feels well made. The jacket will close with a long strip of Velcro down his chest. All the openings of the jacket have the things to cinch them closed for a more fitted feel or to close up any large draft holes. In partial sunlight, you can see the subtleties in the color of the reflections. I love that it is grey on normal light but in direct light, it reflects light brightly. I used camera flash to demonstrate in my pictures.
The jacket is cool, the dog has a size in the Withers 26, the size S we really approached! The jacket does not fetter movement, does not get wet! Recommend!!!
